Jagdstaffel 27 (fighter squadron) was formed on 5 February 1917 in accordance with order of km (war Ministry) No. 1425.16.g A7L by Kofl 9 (commander of the fliers).
For some triplanes the military and/or factory number are not known. In these cases the identification number is specified by me such as par example (x11-3). This means, Jasta (fighter squadron) nr. 11 - nr 3.
